Description / Abstract: This report reflects the current state of knowledge of PMC and intends to provide the reader with a credible source of knowledge on PMC reflecting the maturity of that technology and highlighting RD efforts taking place in the last few years. It is not the intention of this document to cover all research efforts on PMC but rather to highlight the significant efforts that helped shape the current state of knowledge of that material.
