Scope and Purpose
This standard of acceptable concentrations of carbon tetrachloride applies to all work places where the duration and circumstances of potential contacts are similar to those described in the standard.
The purpose of this standard is to provide useful information for the control of carbon tetrachloride (CCI4) ·exposures and to aid in the design and operation of equipment so as to protect the health of workers.
