This standard applies to industrial areas in which contact with
trichlorofluoromethane does, or may, occur.
Purpose. This standard provides information which may serve as gUidelines when planning protection of the health of the worker. Trichlorofluoromethane is considered as a compound of relatively low toxicity [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7].1 However, gross overexposure can cause a harmful effect under certain conditions.
