Compatibility, as used in the connection with this standard and 0, is understood to meanthat any Forward Link Only repeater is able to receive and transmit waveforms containingmulticast service information that can be received by any Forward Link Only device. Testmethods are recommended in this document; however, methods other than those recommended may suffice for the same purpose.
